Summary

Senior web and digital program manager with 20+ years owning delivery across CMS platforms, ecommerce properties, site redesigns, and content migrations. Specializes in turning ambiguous goals into structured plans, clear requirements, and predictable delivery. Core strength is diagnosing where delivery breaks down — in process, tooling, visibility, or stakeholder alignment — and building practical systems to fix it.

Experienced leading cross-discipline teams through full project lifecycles: discovery and requirements definition, QA and acceptance criteria, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization. Works at the intersection of business goals, UX, engineering, and content, translating in both directions between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Professional Experience

Web Delivery Program Manager / Senior Consultant

Bridge Partners Contract

Feb 2025 – Jul 2025

Enterprise web program supporting Microsoft Surface for Business  ·  Late-stage engagement following team turnover

  • Served as sole program manager for the Microsoft Surface for Business website — a B2B enterprise site spanning 49 locales across global markets — leading delivery planning and cross-discipline coordination across five external vendor teams covering content, design, strategy and research, analytics, and development.
  • Operated across segmented Microsoft Teams environments with confidentiality controls, managing information boundaries between vendor groups while maintaining delivery visibility across all workstreams.
  • Conducted a structured discovery and diagnostic of five interconnected delivery workflows — scheduling/WBS, asset management, copy handoffs, QA tracking, and MS Project/Teams integration — documenting current-state risks, root causes, and business impact across each; produced the operational equivalent of a consulting engagement assessment.
  • Proactively identified delivery risks across all five workflow areas and designed a phased remediation roadmap: a short-term POC using MS Project and SharePoint-backed Power BI dashboards with role-based access controls, and a long-term automated model using SharePoint Lists to eliminate manual schedule duplication and reduce PM overhead.
  • Built a Microsoft Forms and SharePoint proof-of-concept for QA intake to replace a shared Excel file at risk of corruption, filter conflicts, and data loss across 20 simultaneous users during launch; defined acceptance criteria for the replacement system and authored the rollout plan and training framework.
  • Designed a SharePoint Asset Library architecture to replace a screenshot-based Excel asset matrix, centralizing image metadata, version control, and partner access permissions across design and development handoffs.
  • Produced a six-component change management framework covering problem identification, root cause analysis, opportunity mapping, solution design, impact assessment, and initiative prioritization — giving leadership a structured basis for moving from reactive, ad-hoc delivery to a proactive program model.

Web Platform & Digital Experience Manager

360training

Dec 2021 – Sep 2023

Online compliance training / SaaS LMS  ·  Web delivery and platform program management across 10+ ecommerce properties

  • Owned web delivery and optimization across a portfolio of 10+ B2B and B2C ecommerce properties in a regulated online training environment — covering Drupal and WordPress CMS platforms, LMS integrations, and multi-system ecommerce infrastructure — operating in a consultative, internal-agency model partnering with product management, engineering, SEO, content, and design.
  • Program-managed major website redesigns, platform migrations, and post-acquisition site integrations; led discovery and requirements definition, produced project plans, acceptance criteria, and delivery workflows aligned to business goals and regulatory constraints across compliance-driven verticals including OSHA, HIPAA, DOT, and real estate licensing.
  • Partnered with product management to translate vague feature requests into buildable IT specifications — surfacing missing UX requirements, UI comp needs, usability criteria, and performance standards before work entered development, reducing rework and clarifying delivery scope.
  • Built and maintained reusable delivery infrastructure across intake, estimation, UAT, launch readiness, and retrospectives that stabilized high-volume concurrent delivery and reduced surprises across cross-discipline teams.
  • Developed and presented executive-level architecture strategy for headless CMS adoption, translating platform complexity — content hub design, decoupled system architecture, reusable content architecture strategy, and acquisition migration logic — into business risk and ROI language for non-technical leadership.
  • Applied AI as a thinking partner across delivery, strategy, requirements, and content: reduced time-to-draft for recurring promotional content by roughly 90%, supported Jira dashboard and JQL configuration, translated stakeholder requirements into IT-ready specifications, evaluated navigation IA against usability research, and built executive-facing strategy narratives — while maintaining human review and brand accountability throughout.

Senior Project Manager

Educational Testing Service / ETS via PwC — Contract

Dec 2019 – May 2021

PwC engagement; placed for Power BI analytics and enterprise PM expertise

  • Owned PM and UI/review delivery for a Power BI analytics platform measuring project process and performance across Texas K–12 standardized testing programs statewide.
  • Managed extremely large, interdependent project schedules — individual programs ran to 10,000+ tasks, with the master schedule exceeding 100,000 tasks and thousands of cross-program dependencies — in Microsoft Project Web App, supporting PMO-level planning and executive reporting.
  • Improved enterprise reporting by designing custom fields, data models, and Power BI views; documented schedule standards and training materials that improved consistency across the portfolio.

Digital Project Manager

Texas Association of School Boards (TASB)

Jan 2018 – Dec 2019

Formal internal, fee-for-service digital agency serving all TASB divisions and member organizations

  • Designed and implemented a complete delivery operating model for a digital agency team with no existing process — triage workflow, sprint planning cadence, client request intake, peer QA governance, and Project Overview templates with scope sizing across five dimensions, all integrated into Asana.
  • Coordinated simultaneously across internal division clients, a digital agency partner, and development and SEO/content vendors; took the team from no accountability structure to a documented, client-facing delivery system.
  • Ran 40+ hours of stakeholder focus groups across every fee-for-service product area to map TASB’s qualitative mission goals to measurable digital behaviors; built a master framework later adopted as the organizational basis for OKRs.
  • Built a ~40-tag GTM instrumentation system from scratch — covering page scroll depth, content ratings, recommendation engine signals, and standard funnel instrumentation — with formal governance documentation: naming conventions, business rules, and a change management process requiring IT and vendor sign-off before any tag modification went live.
  • Designed a DMZ-style Salesforce data cache architecture — selecting a non-PII member data subset for secure integration with the Kentico CMS, enabling content personalization by member profile; wrote requirements, marketing developer executed the integration.
  • Built a full analytics reporting stack on the GTM foundation — Tableau and Power BI dashboards integrating GTM/GA and Salesforce member data, delivering executive-level goal visibility across web and member engagement data; separately led headless architecture migration planning for a transition to Kentico Cloud / Kontent.ai.

Senior Digital Strategist

Ascension — Seton Healthcare Family

Nov 2014 – Jan 2018

Internal digital agency supporting clinical, operational, and marketing stakeholders across a large regulated health system

  • Led consolidation of 14 separate Foundation websites into a unified fundraising platform on Blackbaud/Luminate — gathered and prioritized 300+ features, ran focus groups with fundraising teams, built IA and donor journey paths, and managed a four-party delivery structure across Foundation stakeholders, Blackbaud, the internal digital team, and external development vendors.
  • Led client delivery across a WordPress multisite environment modernizing 50+ Seton websites — building out subsites, pages, and sections according to branding standards, ROI priorities, funding requirements, and strategic goals — as the organization transitioned toward a unified architecture ahead of a planned Sitecore migration.
  • Built a digital project brief system as the intake governance structure for the internal agency, standardizing how client requirements, audience goals, campaign integration, and analytics needs were captured before any project began.
  • Built the business case and led delivery of a secure provider portal for Seton Health Alliance: navigated STARK law compliance, Active Directory SSO, multi-source provider roster data, and cross-functional coordination across IT, security, compliance, and external development vendors to deliver on time within a highly constrained regulatory environment.

Director of Programs & Training

Austin Free-Net Nonprofit

May 2011 – Oct 2014

  • Directed creation, staffing, and compliance reporting for city, state, and federally funded digital literacy programs across multiple community sites and partner organizations.
