What makes me unusual
I've been in enough rooms where things were genuinely broken to know the difference between a technology problem, a process gap, and a communication failure — and to stay calm regardless.

Enterprise Web Delivery · 2025
A multi-vendor Microsoft Surface web program running on manual spreadsheets, ad-hoc handoffs, and a shared QA tracker twenty people were about to use simultaneously. Five broken systems. A three-horizon remediation roadmap.
Seton Healthcare · 2014–2018
Four years delivering digital programs across a regulated healthcare system — a secure physician portal, patient scheduling, a Sitecore migration, and the process infrastructure that held it all together.
360training · 2021–2023
Platform strategy approved by the CTO and CMO. Delivery infrastructure built from scratch. AI workflows running across content, architecture decisions, and requirements — practical, not performative.
TASB · 2018–2019
A fee-for-service internal digital agency for Texas school boards — 40+ hours of stakeholder focus groups, a full measurement chain from GTM through Power BI, and a headless CMS migration alongside it all.
ETS via PwC · 2019–2021
Two visibility layers for a Texas K-12 statewide assessment PMO: MS Project customization so PMs could see the portfolio, Power BI so executives could. The infrastructure problem underneath both.
